Data we process
Vector Performance Labs processes account identifiers such as email address, hashed password credentials, Stripe customer references, Stripe subscription references, and the entitlement fields the app needs to show plan state and remaining usage.
Why we process it
We use this information to authenticate users, issue JWTs, manage subscriptions, deliver password reset messages, start hosted checkout and customer portal flows, and keep app entitlements synchronized with Stripe billing events.
Third parties
Stripe processes billing and payment details. Our transactional email provider or SMTP relay processes password reset delivery when configured. Payment card data is not stored directly on this website.
